DanceFit Gold classes take the “work” out of workout” by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity movements. We are LOW impact and suitable for all.

My classes are found in the Cape Town suburbs of  Table View, Melkbos, Monte Vista and Parow. All the venues have ample parking and is in a safe area.
