DanceFit Gold classes take the “work” out of workout” by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity movements. We incorporate LOW impact routines and is suitable for all ages from 30 to 75. My classes are found in the Cape Town suburbs of Table View, Melkbos, Monte Vista and Parow. All the venues have ample parking and is in a safe area.
